We currently ship all over India through reliable delivery partners.

2. Order Processing Time

For heavy or custom battery orders, additional shipping charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.
5. Packaging & Safety
All Zivon products are shipped in secure, shock-resistant packaging designed for lithium batteries to prevent any damage during transit.
Every order is quality checked and sealed before dispatch.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to monitor your shipment’s status in real time.

7. Delayed or Failed Delivery
If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, our team will contact you proactively.
In case of a failed delivery attempt, the courier may make up to two reattempts before the parcel is returned to our warehouse.
Returned packages can be reshipped upon request (additional charges may apply).
8. Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
If you have already accepted the package, please share unboxing photos and order details within 24 hours for investigation and resolution.
