Refund Policy

At Zivon Battery, we value your trust and satisfaction. We aim to deliver high-quality lithium batteries and related products that meet your expectations. Please read our refund and return terms carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products are eligible for return within 2 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documents.

  • Custom-designed or special-order batteries are non-returnable. These products are eligible only for repair or replacement in the event of a verified manufacturing defect.
    Orders for custom-designed batteries are refundable only within 1 hour of placement. Any cancellation made after the 1-hour window will not be eligible for refund, and any advance payment will be non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Return

  • To initiate a return, email us at zivonbattery@gmail.com or call our customer service within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  • Once approved, our team will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.

 

3. Inspection & Refund Process

  • Returned items will be inspected once received.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or to the recipient details provided by the verified contact details of the user.

  • In cases of product damage due to improper use, installation, or physical tampering, no refund or replacementwill be issued.

 

4. Replacement Policy

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a free replacement instead of a refund.

  • Replacement availability depends on current stock and model availability.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used, physically damaged, or custom-built batteries.

  • Products with missing packaging, accessories, or serial numbers.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or discounted bundles.

 

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Zivon Battery only if the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item shipped.

  • For all other reasons, the customer may need to bear the return shipping cost.
