At Zivon Battery, we stand behind the quality and performance of every product we make. Our batteries are designed to deliver long life, high efficiency, and reliable performance for years. This warranty ensures that our customers enjoy complete peace of mind when choosing Zivon.
1. Warranty Coverage
All Zivon batteries come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use:

UPS & Power Backup Batteries: As mentioned on the product / warranty card

EV Scooter & Rickshaw Batteries: As mentioned on the product / warranty card

EV Car Batteries: As mentioned on the product / warranty card

Custom Battery Packs: Warranty period specified at time of purchase
During the warranty period, Zivon Battery will repair or replace (at its discretion) any product that is found to be defective due to manufacturing faults.
2. What the Warranty Covers

Defects in materials or manufacturing that affect performance.

Sudden loss of capacity beyond standard degradation levels.

Internal cell or BMS (Battery Management System) malfunction under normal usage.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Physical damage, burns, corrosion, or impact due to mishandling or accidents.

Improper installation by unauthorized technician, overcharging, or use with non-compatible devices.

Using unauthorized charger

Water damage, exposure to extreme temperatures, or tampering with internal components.

Abnormal wear, tear, and natural reduction in battery capacity over time.

Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or resellers.

Short circuit due to modification or improper handling of the vehicle/device.
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at Zivonbattery@gmail.com with your invoice number, purchase date, and a description of the issue.

Our team may request images or diagnostic details to verify the issue.

If the claim is approved, you’ll receive instructions for return shipping or local service.

Once received, our technicians will test and confirm the defect before issuing a replacement or repair.
Warranty service typically takes 7–14 business days after the product is received.
5. Replacement Terms

Replacement units may be new or refurbished with equivalent performance.

The warranty for the replacement unit continues for the remaining period of the original warranty.

Zivon Battery reserves the right to substitute with an equivalent model if the original is discontinued.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zivon Battery’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective item as described above.
We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages, including loss of use, data, or profit arising from product failure or misuse.
